Decline Squat Slant Stretch Board

The Decline Squat Board is designed to target the lower leg and foot area to stretch out muscles thereby increasing flexibility and reducing muscle pain and tightness.

By standing on the board, the user is able to work on areas of pain and discomfort in the lower legs and feet.

It allows targeted strengthening of the knee extensors which is not achievable in a standard squat.
