The Aircast Knee Cryo Cuff™ with Cooler combines the therapeutic benefits of controlled compression to minimise swelling and bleeding in the knee, and cold to minimise pain. The cuff is anatomically designed to completely fit the knee providing maximum benefit. This is one of the best knee ice therapy/cryotherapy devices.
This a gravity-fed (non-motorized) cold therapy system. After filling the cuff and cooler with ice and water, the cooler must be placed higher than the cuff to use gravity for water circulation. You'll need to manually raise and lower the cooler or detach the cuff from the cooler to recirculate fresh, cooler water into the cuff, as the water in the cuff does not stay cold indefinitely. This model is powered by gravity and does not need electricity or batteries.

How does it work?
Just fill the Aircast Cooler with ice and water. The Cooler holds 3.5 litres of water and ice - enough for 6-8 hours of ice therapy - a much longer therapeutic period than an ice pack.
The Cooler is attached to the Aircast Knee Cryo/Cuff™ which snugly fits the knee. Simply elevate the Cooler above knee height to fill the Wrap with ice cold water to provide ice therapy and compression.
The Cryo/Cuff™ Cooler circulates ice cold water to provide cold therapy in the treatment of knee injuries.
