The Chattanooga Primera TENS/NMES Complete Unit is a portable,dual-channel electrotherapy device that combines Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) for temporary pain relief and Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) for muscle re-education, strengthening, and recovery

TENS Programs (8 modes): Used for temporary pain relief by utilizing gate-control theory and encouraging the release of endorphins. Modes include Continuous, Burst, Modulated, and the specialized HAN TENS waveform (which alternates between 2 Hz and 70 Hz frequencies)

NMES Programs (6 modes): Used to stimulate healthy muscles, prevent disuse atrophy, aid in muscle re-education, and increase local circulation or range of motion (frequently used in post-injury or post-surgical rehabilitation, such as knee or quadriceps recovery)
