The Plantar Pad design places the plantar fascia under some tension while allowing you to do strengthening exercises for the foot and calf muscles
With the correct use, the exercises will strengthen your fascia tissue and reduce the pain in your foot.

The Plantar Pad is a medically designed product used to help treat Plantar Fasciitis
Directions
With your big toe placed in an extended “stretch” over the crest of the Plantar Pad, perform controlled calf-raises. Perform the exercise every second day.
Safety Information
Do not leave in direct sunlight, do not leave near children and pets. You should not use the Plantar Pad if you suffer from any undiagnosed foot pain.
