Measure the circumference of your knee, directly above the mid knee cap 

  • Small/Medium          : 12-16" (30.5-40.6cm)
  • Large/X-Large          : 16-20" (40.6-50.8cm)
  • 2X-Large/ 3X-Large  : 20-24" (50.8-61.0cm)
