The Rocker Knife has a stainless steel curved blade, it uses a rocking motion to aid in slicing 'cooked' food. Soft cushioned, ribbed rubber grip is built up to assist with gripping, making it comfortable and easy to handle. Ideal for individuals with arthritis or grasping disabilities.
The Rocker Knife also has a tab at the end of the grip to allow for a Utensil Strap to be attached. The utensil strap is ideal for people with limited grip or dexterity, it allows the person to securely hold utensils while eating. Simply attach the strap to the utensil using the Velcro adjustment and then secure the strap around your hand to hold the utensil in place. Length 24cm, fits most hands.
